DRINK: CRAFTED COCKTAILS AT B2 HARLEM

We had to do a second story on the opening of B2 Harlem since the drinks curated by bartender Roberto Sosa deserved some recognition on their own.  R.O.K.C. in Hamilton Heights was the first to introduce showmanship to the cocktail scene but now B2 on 119th Street by St. Nicholas Avenue has joined in on the action.  Cooking torches seemed to now be the big thing for more experienced mixologist and these useful culinary tools help caramelize sugar sticks or add smokey flavor to organic garnishes.  There's a periodical chart with all of the offerings and a few of them are literally show stoppers.  Those who want to check out this new hot spot can just drop by the bar area out front which seats half a dozen but there is also a standing corner with marble counters that guests can hang out at while enjoying the scenery on any given.  More on B2 Harlem can be found in our past post: LINK
