The New York Times has revealed that the Aurum condos on 7th Avenue by 131st is now at 60 percent sold since arriving on the market earlier on in the year.  This 115-unit new construction on Adam Clayton Powell even has 20 percent affordable units which now all have contracts out along with the remainder of the studios.  Uptown's condo are priced at half of what a lot of Manhattan neighborhoods are going for so it appears that the market still has room to grow.  More on this article can be found in the Times: LINK

  1. Excited to move into this building sometime this fall. Just waiting for the closing date. I have worked in Harlem for 11 years, so I sort of know the neighborhood, but your blog is very helpful in finding every day things and places of interest. Thanks!
