A four-family brownstone at 115 West 130th Street has recently arrived on the market for $2.29 million which is one of the lower price points to be found uptown.  Everything is renovated and at market rate so this could be one of the better investments to found in Harlem since no major renovations are required.  With that said, original details are lacking inside but the location by Lenox Avenue is close to all of the commercial activity that is hot in the neighborhood including the Whole Foods which will debut on 125th Street in the coming months. Express trains are also a 5 minute walk away so the location is very convenient on many levels.  More on the broker site: LINK
