Number 721 St. Nicholas by 146th started renovations just over a year ago and now it appears that the landmark building has finished up the facade restoration. A Bespoke reader sent in the above photo yesterday which shows all of the scaffolding being removed from the exterior and new windows are now visible. There will apparently be 4 apartments in the reconfigured layout but we had previously heard a rumor that a restaurant space might be in the mix on the ground level. With that said, the one true fact that is evident now is that the top floor addition proposed in the past never really made it through to the final round:
