BESPOKE KIDS: OCTAVITAS AT MCNY

Sunday, January 22nd, 11:00AM-2:00PM, Octavitus Celebration at the Museum of the City of New York, 1220 Fifth Avenue at 103rd Street.  Close out the holiday season with a celebration of Octavitas, one of the final celebrations of the Puerto Rican holiday season. Learn about traditions including parrandas or asaltos (caroling) to join in the singing and dancing. Enjoy special snacks of Puerto Rican cuisine while you decorate a holiday craft to take home with you!  Registration Suggested: LINK

This family program is free with Museum admission and for members, is geared towards families with children of all ages, and includes a snack. Programs are designed for adults and children to participate together.
