Harlem Bespoke: More construction is happening over on the corner of 7th Avenue and 132nd Street these days and a new establishment called Renaissance Harlem should be opening by the time summer rolls around.   Those who have been in the neighborhood for a quick minute will recognize this retail corner as the former location of Doug E's which had rather inconsistent operating hours.  With that said, demand in the area must be picking up since a new lease for the space was signed rather quickly in comparison to some of those other storefronts that sit around empty for years.  More on Renaissance Harlem can be found in our past post: LINK 2017
