ARCHITECTURE: 371-373 MANHATTAN REVEALED

We had been wondering what the facade restoration at 371-373 Manhattan Avenue would look like and now it appears that the wait is finally over.  This former church building located just below 116th Street appears to have been part of the row of townhouses on the block but had been drastically altered in the past.  The new owner has restructured the facade to mimic the window layout of the block but not much else seems to have been replicated at this point.  A penthouse structure is also currently being built up top so this development should indeed be something to marvel at nevertheless when all finishes up.  Check what the building looked like in our previous post: LINK
