DWELL: 1991 MADISON SOLD IN MAY

Harlem Bespoke: Number 1991 Madison Avenue at the corner of East 127th Street went up on the market last year for the asking of $3 million, was then reduced to $2.75 million and now records show that the brownstone sold slightly under for $2.65 million.   As mentioned previously, the 4-family home is on a block that is intact with lovely architecture but there is a more modern schoolyard that breaks up the view on the next corner.  Everything is pretty much renter's grade within and the address is an easy walk to the Lenox Avenue or the 125th Street commercial corridor.  More details and photos can be found on the broker site: LINK
