This is probably one of the lowest market rate apartments for single living in Manhattan which is also only a couple of blocks away from Jackie Robinson Park along with being in close proximity to the 145th Street commercial corridor. Everything is pretty residential in the immediate area but those looking for a starter apartment might appreciate this more affordable option on the island.
