DWELL: 515 WEST 144TH STREET SOLD IN JUNE

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 515 West 144th Street had a contract out based on the asking of $2.45 million in April and now Streeteasy has revealed that the closing number this month was exactly the aforementioned amount.  As previously mentioned, the 2-family townhouse located just east of Amsterdam in Hamilton Heights originally had more units and was sold back in 2010 for $710K.  Everyting inside has been gut renovated but the higher end finishes somehow work in a minimalist sort of fashion.  The express trains on 145th Street are only a couple of avenues over so this location is pretty ideal for those who need to commute to midtown quickly.   More photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK
