Harlem Bespoke: We walked by the new development on 52 Convent Avenue at the corner 130th and noticed that 5 floors have finished up. These narrow lots can be an aesthetic challenge to build up upon for developers but this construction has a geometric facade that layers in a bit of visual interest. The wedge shaped balconies are also an interesting touch which actually looks a lot better than the original rendering of the 7-story building that was previously posted up:
