DWELL: 126 WEST 130TH STREET REDUCED

Harlem Bespoke: Number 126 West 130th Street had a contract out back in April based on the asking of $2.5 million according to Streeteasy and apparently that deal did not go through. Now the Central Harlem brownstone is back on the market with a slight price reduction set at $2.35 million. What is remarkable here besides the fact that all of the incongruous 1970s wood paneled interiors are still intact is also the fact that the building is in an SRO layout and has tipped over the $2 million mark.  With that said, the much needed Certificate of Non Harassment has been filed so there are some perks to developing the 17-foot-wide brownstone located just west of Lenox Avenue.  Last year another SRO further south broke the record for such a building and it will be interesting to see what this particular abode goes for:  LINK
