Harlem Bespoke: Bo's Bagels debuted on 116th Street just east of Frederick Douglass Boulevard this past March and Harlem finally has a proper bagel shop. These bagels are properly boiled which creates a great chewy outer crust when they are baked later on and Bo's truly does not disappoint in the quality or variety. The retail shop is actually quite large for a bagel storefront and the requisite cheese spreads alongside a smoke fish corner makes Bo's one of the best of such establishments to have opened in the city.
