DWELL: 1992 MADISON ARRIVES ON THE MARKET

Harlem Bespoke: Number 1992 Madison was abandoned because of fire about a decade ago but now the townhouse on the corner of East 127th Street has finally been renovated and is up on the market for $5.2 million. None of the original details have been salvaged but the 20-foot wide corner brownstone is still surely a rare find. There is an owner's triplex within the 4-family home and even a large garage around back.  Those who like their interiors on the modern side might like some of the selected finishes within:  LINK
