Harlem Bespoke: The storefront at 285 St. Nicholas Avenue by 124th Street has a prime location in close proximity to the express subway train entrance but has yet to find a tenant. Back in 2015, a local newspaper announced that the Harlem Cafe would be setting up shop but apparently that development will not be coming about anytime soon. There always appears to be some minor activity on the site over the past few months but corner shop still appears to be in limbo. More on the story can be found in our past post:
