Harlem Bespoke: The building at Number 313-315 West 125th Street filed several permits this year for some major interior renovations but nothing has really come about as of yet. This address just half a block away from the express trains on St. Nicholas Avenue is ripe for a major retailer to move in but somehow has not attracted an anchor tenant. With that said, there are a few commercial buildings rising along the corridor which provide a bit of competition to the owners of older property.
