Harlem Bespoke: A New York Post article reveals some of the notable neighborhoods to move into and West Harlem makes the top of the list for 2016. One featured couple in the article moved from Hell's Kitchen to a new development over on West 127th and St. Nicholas which is right around the corner from the express train entrance. With Manhattan becoming more unaffordable every year, Harlem is still a deal for the entry level buyer especially after discovering the charms of the neighborhood for the first time.
