Harlem Bespoke: Studio prices apparently are going up quite a bit over the past year but the one located at 50 Hamilton Place going for $1,950 a month at least has shared outdoor space and is a no-fee listing. There is a lot of old world charm and laundry rooms are also included within the brownstone building. Other than that, the 1 train is just a couple of blocks away and there are a lot of new places to check out either on the Broadway corridor or on Sugar Hill.
