REMEMBER: LAST OF THE GREAT JAZZ CLUBS

Harlem Bespoke: Walking by the corner of 135th Street and 7th Avenue this weekend, we were reminded that what is left of one of Harlem's greatest jazz club is still intact in plain site.  Lenox Lounge, St. Nick's Pub, The Nest and many others have been demolished in recent years but the building that housed Small's Paradise still stands today and is used as a local school.  The address was in ruins by the time the 90s rolled around but community efforts helped preserved this local landmark for future generations. Check out our past post for more on Small's Paradise: LINK
