At The Wallace will be having their 4th Annual Crawfish Boil this weekend starting in the afternoon. This packed event features live music and a barrel full of crimson crustaceans boiled in cajun spices alongside hot andouille sausage and sweet corn on the cob. Everything sold out quickly at past events and At The Wallace has since been cooking up a double batch but make sure to drop by early to get in on the offerings of the day.
