DWELL: 17 WEST 120TH STILL ON MARKET

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 17 west 120th went up for sale at $4.7 million early in 2017, then was reduced $4.3 million but still has not gone into contract over a year later. As previously noted, this is arguably one of the best blocks in the Mount Morris Park Historic District and Maya Angelou's house just sold for $4 million a few doors down.
