Harlem Bespoke: Permits have been posted up at the former Tastee Cake factory site over the past month and it looks like construction has finally started on what could possibly be a brewery in Manhattanville.  Demolition of a historic factory site finished about 4 years ago but nothing has really happened until now.  As indicated by the above poster, it appears that the 11-story glass structure at 450 West 126th Street will finish sometimes in 2020 if all goes according to plan.  With that said, this looks more like an office building that should be on 125th Street instead of this narrow side street by Amsterdam Avenue.  Ironically the Mink Building across the ways had been uptown's first and only brewery but somehow will be converted into a hotel if rumors hold true: LINK
