Harlem Bespoke: The lot at 535 Manhattan Avenue by 122nd Street sold back in 2014 based on an asking price of $995K and now Streeteasy has revealed that the land recently exchanged hands for
$1.1 million. Permits had been filed for a new building back in 2015 but it appears that those plans have fallen through. A multi-unit development will probably rise eventually with this higher price point for the land but the lot is quite narrow so a brownstone structure would probably be more ideal.
