ARCHITECTURE: 407 LENOX REVEALED

Harlem Bespoke: The abandoned historic buildings on Lenox at 131st Street were demolished earlier in the year and now new signs out front reveal the mix-use building that will be arriving on site next year.  We walked by the location yesterday and saw that renderings for the residential tower had been posted on the plywood out front.
Construction equipment is currently breaking ground and everything will apparently be finished by November of next year if all goes to plan.  There will be 10 floors including commercial space at street level but it is unclear if this will be a condo or rental development.   More on this story can be found in our past post: LINK
