ARCHITECTURE: SMALLER WINDOWS AT 288 LENOX

Harlem Bespoke: What was left of the historic Lenox Lounge was fully demolished over a year ago and now the new building is finishing up just south of 125th Street.  We had expected a more modern design based on the original drawings but now it appears that basic windows have been installed instead.  It is still unclear on weather an anchor tenant has been secured for the commercial development on Lenox and apparently Sephora was just wishful thinking at the inception of the project.  See the original rendering in our past post: LINK
