Number 417 West 141st Street  recently has had a price reduction to $1.75 million and now the 4-family with distinct views of Hamilton Grange at St. Nicholas Park apparently is the lowest priced townhouse in the Harlem market.  Many uptown brownstones in this price range in the past couple of years needed a gut renovation and this restored building on the hillside of West Harlem appears to require minimal work. Since the express subway stop at 145th Street is 4 blocks away, the location is quite ideal.  Other than that, the minimalist renovations are pretty straight forward and appears to be in turnkey condition.  More details and contact information can be found on the broker site: LINK 2019
