Harlem Bespoke: Dear Mama at 611 West 129th Street is only open 9:00AM to 4:00PM from Monday through Friday but those in the area should check out the everything croissant that is on the daily menu. This was actually part of the unique smoked salmon sandwich special which had lots of dill, a smear of cream cheese and a side of pickled carrots. Bagels are usually the order of the day for this type of breakfast fare but this savory update provides a satisfying alternative with a little bit of French flare.
