Harlem Bespoke: Construction on the empty lot at 310 West 113th Street by FDB started up last summer and now things are really moving along on site. We walked by the development this past weekend and took the above photo which reveals that the penthouse levels have already been built out on the roof. This new building will eventually have an industrial loft look to it once the facade finishes are installed out front and 14 units all together. Check out the final rendering from our past post:
