Harlem Bespoke: Number 327 Convent Avenue by 144th Street arrived on the market in June for the asking of $3.7 million, then was reduced to $3.4 million within a month, had a contract out by last fall and now records show that everything
closed for $3.45 million in July of this month. As previously mentioned, this landmark townhouse has an amazing amount of restored original details and has been renovated in a 2-family layout but is priced on the lower end for this block. Apparently the building is still classified as an SRO but a Certificate of Non Harassment is in place.
