Harlem Bespoke: There was a record sale last year on Strivers Row for $4 million and apparently an SRO townhouse in the landmark neighborhood by 7th Avenue is going for $3.5 million at
241 West 139th Street and the address is currently occupied. No photos in the listing also makes things less intriguing even though the historic Harlem blocks built from 1891-1893 are known for private garages out back and charming scenery.
