CONSTRUCTION: SLOWER ACTIVITY AT 2171 FDB

Harlem Bespoke:  The empty lot at the corner of 117th on Frederick Douglass Boulevard finally had some construction started up in spring of 2018 but things are moving along quite slowly.  We passed by this corner of 8th Avenue over the weekend and noticed that none of the facade finishings have been installed yet.  This is one of the smaller buildings to break ground recently and should be one of the first ones finishing up but it is now unclear if that will happen this side of the year.  In comparison, another much larger building just a couple of blocks away already has glass installed in about the same amount of time.  More details on the groundbreaking can be found in our past post: LINK
