It's pretty easy to do basic, tasty. pasta dishes at affordable prices. Agree with Westsider that decor is 9/10 of the game. If I were them I'd dim the lights a little, and in the winter draw curtains over the space to warm it up. In spring and summer I'd leave it more open. Could be a really nice space.GreenGirlnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2048034911181517049.post-54693103242118147382011-01-07T10:37:43.972-05:002011-01-07T10:37:43.972-05:00Westsider, it is one of the best value eateries in...Westsider, it is one of the best value eateries in the city and is almost always packed. That quality experience has to be carried through to the dining area and finally the quality of food and service. This space could be something great.westsiderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01054880627414562052noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2048034911181517049.post-22578462146698939212011-01-06T21:48:54.670-05:002011-01-06T21:48:54.670-05:00Just add my 2 cents Harlem could use a friendly ne...Just add my 2 cents Harlem could use a friendly neighbourhood Italian restaurant in a similar vane to this one http://www.supperrestaurant.com/ great food great space and most importantly, extremely consistent.HarlemBBCnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2048034911181517049.post-28642132407684008732011-01-06T20:50:43.446-05:002011-01-06T20:50:43.446-05:00I think there is a way to do Italian food that is ...I think there is a way to do Italian food that is chef driven, and then there is the vast generic world of Italian food - heavy on the pasta.
