The classic Patsy's will be getting the star treatment on Thursday, April 16th since they are celebrating the East Harlem designation of 1st Avenue as "Patsy's Way." This is one of the last Italian businesses in the old Italian Harlem section and is the great grandaddy of all the other Patsy's in New York City. 2287 1st Avenue between 117th St & 118th Street.
