The location between Lenox and ACP is good, the open lot to the left is a bit not so good but what is the real catch? The brownstone is an SRO currently with the garden apartment rented out. Changing the C of O and getting a certificate of non-harassment have taken some novice home owners months or in some cases years to change over so many folks shy away from this type of building. If the building is going to be converted, this paperwork needs to be in order before a new homeowner can start with any sort of major renovation. Has anyone seen the interior? The closest subway to this location is the 2,3 express at 125th or 116th Street. Photo by Ulysses

☞ DWELL: 110 West 123rd Street Brownstone
Another brownstone that was on the market last year and recently de-listed has appeared again with a new price. Wedged between a pleasant community garden to the right and an open lot to the left, number 110 West 123rd Street is probably just a couple of buildings outside the fringe of the Mount Morris Park Historic District. Originally listed in 2008 for the asking price of $1.5 million, the property sat on the market for a year until in September 2009 when it dropped down to $899K. After disappearing for a couple of months, the 20 foot wide, 5 story building has been placed back on the marked with an increase price of $950K.
