☞ REVIVE: Glass Spire Building Coming Along
East Harlem's Glass Spire building at 1635 Lexington Avenue and 103rd Street seems to be making some quick gains in height this summer. We noticed major foundation work on the open lot back in July and all now appears to moving forward in the daring design. The image from Gilman Architects has some serious angles to it and one can now see them forming in the first couple of floors that have gone up. From DOB records, we know that the building will have 42 units and 60,000 square foot of space in a mixed-use, 8-story building but nothing much else beyond that. Check out our past post on the Glass Spire: LINK
