☞ READ: The Harlem Tavern Opening Date

Harlem Tavern has been keeping quiet about their opening date and missed out on the scheduled Make Music New York event yesterday but some news in the papers has now provided a little more information. The New York Post has a small write-up on Harlem's newest eatery at FDB/8th Avenue which will offer slightly elevated pub grub such as lamb burgers and locally sourced sausages. As for the opening date for the 300-seat restaurant?  Apparently it will be scheduled for next Monday, June 27th: LINK. UPDATE: Harlem Tavern has now noted on their Facebook site that Wednesday, June 29th is their tentative open date.

  2. I think they would rather do it right than rush out a poor product and that I can appreciate!!! lamb burgers are excellent, I'm not a beer drinker but looking forward to the grub!!!

  3. Too bad. That means that their opening weekend will be the holiday weekend. I was hoping for an outdoor ommegang this saturday.
