☞ REMEMBER: At the Hotel Theresa circa 1915

An archival photo of 7th Avenue and 125th Street shows the entrance to the famous Hotel Theresa and the bustling street life that existed on the corner during the early part of the 20th Century.  Most notable are the many well kept shops up front, the original hotel cast metal awning along with some very serious stairwells on the double decker buses. The gated center mall in the boulevard isn't bad either.

  1. I love the old photos! The street is clean! But it looks like folks remain the same. Jaywalkers, 2 buses arriving a the same time, and folks beating the light.
