☞ DWELL: Two Left at the Parkside Flats

The new construction called the Parkside Flats at 362 St. Nicholas Avenue by 128th Street was halfway sold back in October 2011 and so how is the condo doing in the new year?  This development has a couple of selling points that appear to be impressing many buyers since it is almost sold out at this point with just 2 units left. More details and interior photos after the jump.

Out of the 16 units listed on Streeteasy, 14 units are now currently in contract at the building that is selling itself as an affordable option on the market: LINK.  It is unclear if this means the building if any other units will be listed later but 16 appears to be the number that has been on Streeteasy for several month now. Most of the condo consists of 2 bedrooms that are priced well under $500K which makes the asking set at the low $500 per square foot range. There is not much happening in the immediate area but the park is right across the street and the express trains are a quick few blocks south right by the 125th Street commercial corridor. www.ParksideFlats.com

  1. Actually the entrance for the Express A-D trains is just a block south, where there is The Balton complex (www.thebalton.com) so the immediate area is also going under a revival process.

  2. Yeah, the "125th St" A/D/B/C station platform spans between 127th and 125th, with entrances at either end. Makes a big difference in bad weather!
