☞ REVIVE: New Signs at 240 Manhattan Avenue
Walking by 240 Manhattan Avenue over the past week, we noticed that the plywood on the corner of 110th Street is now covered with a wall of permits. New paperwork appears to have been filed in the last half of 2011 and now a finish date of 2014 has been posted up for the public. As we mentioned before, a 22 story building will be rising soon on this spot facing Morningside Park and the new signage has now confirmed that it will be a condominium. Click lower image to enlarge
