☞ REVIVE: The Manhattanville Gas Station

As a Bespoke reader mentioned in the past, the gas station over at 125th and 12th Avenue has shuttered its doors.  This was one of the last holdouts in the Columbia Manhattanville campus expansion and one of a handful of buildings left standing at this particular corner of West Harlem.  The bigger warehouse building seen in the background also has to be demolished at some point in time but handing over the seized property appears to be taking some time to get accomplished. In the meantime, the foundation ground work is still at hand and nothing has risen yet on the other areas of the development site.

  1. AWESOME!!! It's great to see some progress. I can't wait until all of the orange buildings in that neighborhood are gone. Huge step forward for Harlem.
