Rather.a tenuous commitment.
ReplyDeleteWhere is he thinking. Would love this in Hamilton Heights. South Harlem and FDB already have their services! We need more in Hamilton Heights.
ReplyDeleteIf he's working with Notar(Nobu) then it sounds like he might be some part of the proposed Lenox Lounge project
ReplyDeleteAnother vote for Hamilton Heights. A natural location would be near The Chipped Cup and Harlem Public- less risk for an entrepreneur in a section of the neighborhood that is proving itself and has a number of decent vacant retail spots- get locked into a low rent while you still can.
ReplyDeleteAgree! Please come to Hamilton Heights! No other neighborhood will make you feel so loved and appreciated.
