Construction has been scheduled to start this fall for the new commercial building planned for the lot at 125th and Lenox but that did not stop one clothing brand to get things started for Fashion Week. An urban clothing label has parked a massive semi truck in the middle of the abandoned lot today and the pop up shop has opened as of 11:00AM. This is a pretty creative idea but we have higher expectations for this corner of Central Harlem since a new retail building will be rising soon:

Do we know what kind of building it will be? I've heard everything from luxury hotels and Whole Foods, to Wal-Mart....
