The old parking lot space at 4 Hancock Place has finally gone into contract after being on the market for the past 3 years. This piece of land that is roughly 39' x 84' is located on a side street just below 125th at St. Nicholas Avenue which is just around the corner from the express subway station. Originally going for $1.7 million, 4 Hancock has dropped its asking to $1.59 in the past year and will mostly likely be developed as a a new South Harlem condo based on the amount being paid for the parcel.
