It appears that all is going well for the new developers who are now running 220 St. Nicholas since the remaining glass on the top floors have now been installed as of yesterday. The stalled site was inactive well over a year and has been bought out by a new team that will finish off the building at 121st Street. Originally the new construction was planned as a condo development but the new owners will now convert it into rental units. Check out the floor plans on the original condo website:

I wonder what the market rent will be for a 2 bd? Maybe once they have tenants in place they will convert it back to condos? I like all the new construction.
