☞ REVIVE: Affordable Housing on West 123rd
The affordable residential building currently under construction on West 123rd Street has quickly risen since construction started earlier in the year. Based on the information posted on the construction site, it appears that this will be an 8-story building with a total of 60 apartments up for rental. Also noted is that there will be a brick facade and underground parking which should be ready by January 2014

If the facade is well done, I think it will be a great addition to the neighborhood!

ReplyDeletePretty bland as expected... but could be a lot worse. I wish they would have added a little design element to the top.
ReplyDeleteGC - is that photo a similar building, but constructed on a 6-lane superhighway?
ReplyDeleteIt's an architect's rendering...
ReplyDeleteWe need more market rate, not subsidized housing.
ReplyDeleteUnderground parking. Must be rough!
