Thanks for posting about the event! Just wanted to let you know that the event at Hamilton Grange actually begins at 11 am. At that time, the President of the Alexander Hamilton Awareness Society will be giving a presentation on "Alexander Hamilton: Washington's Indispensable Partner." Hope to see you then!
ReplyDeleteAlso, if you are interested in The AHA Society's other events to celebrate Alexander Hamilton's birthday on the Friday the 11th, feel free to check out the online flyer: http://www.smore.com/8sg7-happy-birthday-hamilton-2013
This is an amazing house, but not enough programming during the year. The neighborhood could benefit from outdoor concerts, more historical talks, tours are the original estate boundaries. Maybe next year will bring more of this.
ReplyDeleteThanks to AMA for doing most of the events here!
