Parsons School of Design alumnus with a BFA in fashion, who has worked in the menswear industry for several years. Past lives have been in the East Village and Lower East Side of Manhattan; more recently transplanted to Harlem. Currently living in a 1907 "French flat," an Edwardian era middle-class apartment.
The 4-unit townhouse at 64 Edgecombe was reduced to $995K last year and now records show that the 18-foot-wide home just south of West 138th Street sold for $1.05 million. Location wise, this area is within one of the more intact brownstone districts of Harlem with quick access to St. Nicholas Park and the subway station at 135th Street.
