The ramen noodle shop craze really took off downtown in the past five years and one Harlem shop has made New York magazine's best restaurant list. Jin Ramen opened just below 125th Street on Broadway about a year ago but has quickly secured a top spot on critics' list as some of the best ramen in the city. Authentic ingredients and handmade noodles help make this Japanese eatery a consistently packed destination spot and proves that if the quality is there, success can be had anywhere in Harlem.
