☞ ARCHITECTURE: 655 St. Nicholas Avenue
Based on this PDF, it appears there will be 111 residential units altogether and the majority of them will be market rate. The old Harlem School of the Arts Theater at 143rd Street will be demolished and incorporated into the new building as the sketch shows. Does anyone know if these will be condos or market rate rentals? In any case, the West Harlem and Sugar Hill neighborhood is seeing a huge resurgence and will be the next neighborhoods to watch out for.
