More of the retail space at The Balton is being leased out now that West Harlem Vines has unofficially announced that it is arriving at this corner of St. Nicholas Avenue and 127th Street. Word of mouth has it that the new boutique wine shop is the second business to open by the owners of Maison Harlem which is just located across the street. In the past few months,
Unity Yoga has opened on the ground floor of the residential building so this west side section of Central Harlem is coming along rather nicely.
